Listing Description

Our client, a well-established and international Professional Services Provider is currently looking for an admin to assist with clerical and technical works.

Are you someone who is detail-minded and enjoys working at a fast-paced environment? This opportunity is for you if you also obtain approximately 2 years of basic company secretarial admin experience and would like to step into a multinational work place.

Responsibilities

  • General company secretarial clerical support
  • Answer calls regarding general enquiries
  • Handle invoices, letters and courier arrangements

Requirements

  • Fluent English and Chinese (including both Mandarin and Cantonese)
  • 2 years working experience of admin experience gained from professional services
  • Detail-oriented, proactive and enjoys working in a team
  • Diploma holder or above
  • Proficient in PC skills including Word and Excel
